补上周的文字
周五,天气不错,@ 江宁路Star GYM
 
胸前下拉:36kg 3组*10个,休息之后 又补做了一组 10个
杠铃臂弯举: 不知重量的杠铃估计在10~15kg左右,10个*3组
游泳:45分钟。
 
嗯,努力突破手臂的耐力问题,现在不知道是前臂的肌肉还是上臂的肌肉不够,反正做一组十个就感觉累的要死。
 
努力干活,晚上还要去锻炼
