Run Randy, Run !!! — Running

不知道是大宁已经被充分的开发了,还是因为天热了很多人担心肉藏不住了,最近大宁跑步的人越来越多,8点以前很难找到空的跑步机了
 
卧推:3组  1st 50kg*10, 2nd 55kg*6, 3nd 50kg*8; 嗯  55kg 和50kg的感觉还是完全不一样的;
斜上卧推: 2组  40kg*8;
胸前提拉: 3组  25kg*10;
杠铃弯居: 3组  1st 20kg*10;  2nd&3rd 20kg*6  感觉耐力不足,下次考虑 降低到 15kg 然后完成3组全数量的;
 
跑步:慢跑+散步,一共坚持了30m 完成3.2公里。继续努力哈
